Our Escava brand range of products helps screen, separate or compact sediments from wastewater, providing primary treatment for a host of industry applications. Additionally, we offer both Escava DAF (Dissolved Air Flotation) and Clarifier systems for more advanced separation of suspended solids, sludge and/or oils from wastewater, providing options for basic trade waste uses, right up to large scale Municipal applications.
MANUFACTURED TO EXACTING STANDARDS
Our Escava Clarifiers, Conveyors and Screens are manufactured locally in Australia under ISO 9001 Certification, so you can be confident of the highest standard of quality and workmanship. Other Escava products are manufactured by respected international providers on behalf of AKS and backed by an AKS Industries Warranty, with full service support.
AKS also carries ISO certification for 14001 Environmental Management and 45001 for OH&S Management.

CONTROL SYSTEMS
Our more basic Escava models are provided with standard switch controls, however for applications that combine these models within a more complete system, or our DAF and Clarifier products, sophisticated controllers are provided to better manage the systems effectiveness. This includes the option our Activait PLC based systems, ensuring that our control requirements can be tailored to suit any application perfectly.
Plant Automation Systems
We also offer advanced Plant Automation Systems under the Activait brand. These systems enable the remote management of packaged treatment plants from any smart device. Ideal for large sites, remote locations or where operators are not available on-site, these system have proven in the field to be easy to use and highly reliable.
FACTORY TESTED
Once complete, every Escava Clarifier or DAF System is thoroughly wet tested at our facility prior to dispatch, so you can be confident that it will perform to expectations for day one. In addition, on-site commissioning is included in our pricing for these larger systems, ensuring a smooth installation process.
