Yes, AKS predominately manufactures all its products, using locally and internationally sourced quality components, at its Victorian based manufacturing facility. Some low volume and specialty products are sourced from reliable 3rd parties for our customers or are provided under license. 

Yes, AKS does design many of its own products. A significant number of our specialty products have Patents, which means they are only available from us. While many of our industry standard products include unique design features to improve their efficiency or effectiveness. AKS also custom designs product or systems for customers who have unique requirements.

Yes, predominately we sell our own Trade Marked products, many of them established as industry leaders. This includes our Ultima, Torpedo, Cascade, Dominator, Elememtz and Pure-Rain products, to name just a few.

All new AKS products are covered by a Warranty, the term of which is specified with each product.

Yes, AKS has a large Service & Maintenance Team that offers support for all it’s products, including all Warranty covered items. The Service & Maintenance Team also offers Scheduled Maintenance Plans for the long-term maintenance of operating equipment.

Yes, AKS has ISO Certification in three areas; ISO 9001 for Quality, ISO 14001 forEnvironmental Management and ISO 45001 for OH&S Management. We also carry WaterMark approval for all our pumpset equipment. official

Yes, AKS does test many of it’s product prior to delivery, particularly those with specific or complex systems requirements. We have an in-house state-of-the-art testing facility, routinely NATA certified to ensure our equipment is accuracy calibrated. This is used to test all our manufactured pumpset systems, with full certification and compliance documentation provided on completion. Customers are also welcome to prearrange witness testing of their pumpsets or water treatment equipment.

Yes, AKS employs a wide range of highly qualified staff, including Plumbers, Electricians, Technicians and Engineers, plus many offer qualified operational and business management staff.

AKS is a family run and managed business with over 35 years of successful operation. We have a board of Director, a Senior Management Team and just over 100 staff members over 4 locations.
