ADVANCED MANUFACTURING & WAREHOUSING
In mid 2020, we completed the development of our substantial new headquarters, a purpose designed and built office/factory/warehouse, covering 5,500m2, just a few minutes drive from the M1 on the Melbourne side of Geelong. This new facility will bring all our administrative, operational and manufacturing functions under one ‘very large’ roof.
The manufacturing and warehousing areas boasts 15m ceilings with inbuilt cranes and automated warehouse picking, allowing us to handle even the most challenging projects. Our new home will also include state-of-the-art product development and testing facilities, helping ensure that AKS Industries remains at the forefront of the industry.
AKS Industries has also added a second location on the other side of Melbourne in Rowville, just off the Eastern Freeway on Wellington Road. This warehouse and office facility provides more flexibility and access for customers, particularly from the northern, eastern and Gippsland regions, was well as from Mornington Peninsula. With more space, better amenities and a host of new technologies, the AKS Industries spirit has never been stronger, as is our ability to handle greater volume and larger projects.
