The AirRex Diffuser Grid Systems is an all new, reinforced polypropylene revolutionary clip together diffuser grid system. This is the first plastic piping assembly designed expressly for aeration service, available as a kit. Made from Glassfibre reinforced polypropylene, this system is as hard as steel, but at the cost efficiency of PVC, making it ideal for the toughest appliacations.

With the patent pending connection system and the specially designed supports, the lightweight AirRex system is extremely fast to install and easy to maintain.

AIRREX is a modular plastic header system which can be rapidly installed in all types of aerated basins without need for adhesives or other auxiliary materials.

Installation is made easy using our step-by-step,  Installation and Maintenance Guide. Designed for installation with the AirRex® Systems, our modular plastic header system which can be rapidly installed in all types of aerated basins without need for adhesives or other auxiliary materials. AirRex® incorporates a unique mounting system which permits thermal expansion of the connected pipe modules.

MAINTENANCE

The AIRREX system is made from Glassfibre reinforced PP, providing an ‘as hard as steel’ structure at the cost efficiency of PVC. This allows easy cleaning without the risk of pipe or mounting damage.
