Septage Receival Screening For Icon Water
AKS designed, manufactured and commissioned a Septage Receival Screening and Conveyor system for Icon Water’s Lower Molonglo plant.
Macerated Septage is initially feed in to a TSC 200 Screw compactor, significantly dewatering the material through the screens 5mm punch holes.
The dewatered screenings are then transferred via an 8.5 m long screw conveyor up to skip bin loading area. The skip bin discharge system features a twin outlet auger with a reversible function for efficiency and ease of maintenance.
